We recommend measuring your dog to find the perfect size. Our advice:
- Use a measuring tape to measure (a) the neck at its base and (b) the rib cage at its widest.
- If you are in between sizes, choose the largest one.

We recommend measuring your dog to find the perfect size. Our advice:
- Use a measuring tape to measure your dog's circumference - where the collar would rest in your dog's neck.
- If you are in between sizes, choose the largest one. You should be able to get two fingers underneath the collar

We recommend measuring your dog to find the perfect size. Our advice:
- Use a measuring tape to measure your dog's circumference - where the bandana would rest in your dog's neck.
- If you are in between sizes, choose the largest one. You need to leave some extra fabric to tie your bandana!
- For humans, choose size L.

We offer worldwide shipping! We ship our products through the Swiss Post and Correos de Costa Rica.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns no questions asked. Please don't return dirty or worn items though.
If your puppy outgrew his harness...
Send it back and we will give you credit for a new one. We will recycle the old and you can start his adult collection!

Who is Pata Paw?
We are two dog-loving sisters, one living in Costa Rica and another in Switzerland, looking to give dogs the quality and design they deserve. Our CEO, Norbert, is a fun-loving cavapoo who is testing every product!

Where is Pata Paw based?
We are based in Switzerland and Costa Rica. Selling online for the moment.
Is Pata Paw sustainable?
We use only sustainable packaging made of recycled materials. There is no unnecessary plastic in our packaging. Our shipping boxes are made of at least 90% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. They are even printed with water-based ink! Our tissue paper is made on FSC-certified paper, made of recycled materials, printed with soy-based inks, and free of acid, sulphur, and lignin. It is 100% compostable and recyclable. Its purchases contribute to reforestation.
